We maintain a strong focus on the facilities, equipment and manufacturing processes that determine product quality and strive for “zero-defect manufacturing” for every project. We’re proud to be a qualified UL Molder, and ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, and work hard to continually meet and exceed customer expectations. Ensuring Quality where Others Fall Short

Plaspros maintains and calibrates an in-house laboratory for testing parts and components to support advanced product quality planning (APQP) processes. Findings are placed into a production part approval process (PPAP) and quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle by utilizing statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and maintain quality. Additional quality enhancements include strict adherence to:
