Back in 1967, Walt Georgi, co-founder of Plaspros, Inc., set up business in his well-organized garage with a vision of building a new future. And so, it began…

Our storied history continued as we entered new markets. This necessitated an expansion to bigger plant and corporate facility in Woodstock, Illinois.

In 1994, Walt Georgi’s son, David, became President of Plaspros, Inc. and continued to improve plant operations, modernization and production techniques. His vision for efficiency and quality helped to expand the business further which led to yet another strategically planned move to our current 77,000 square foot corporate and manufacturing facilities to McHenry, Illinois in 2003.

As the plastics industry continues to grow, Plaspros, Inc. grows right along with it and remains focused on the emerging technologies and automation capabilities that are advancing the industry. Our mission has, and always will be, to provide the very best in personalized, innovative turnkey solutions tailored to meet the needs our clients. And, because we realize we are stewards of the environment, we practice sustainable, energy efficient manufacturing practices that benefit our company and our community, while helping to reduce overall costs for our clients.

History Forming Future

Today, the legacy continues with David’s daughter, Michelle Hoyt, taking the reins of the company as the third generation President of Plaspros, Inc.  And, with each step along the way, Plaspros, Inc.  continues to build on our leadership approach, technical abilities and exceptional customer service.
